Adds two new Unified SwapBridge MetaMetrics events: AssetPickerOpened and AssetSelected, with typed client payloads (location plus selected token/chain details).

Updates BridgeController event property assembly so these events emit only the base client-provided properties (no quote/request-derived fields).
